Returning phone, cant remember if we are supposed to pay for postage.

Hi super simple. Got the silver bag earlier to send the phone back we just can't remember if postage is pre-paid or not. Just want to confirm.

Hi @Krom- 

The Silver return bags are not prepaid and you'd need to pay for the return postage fee at the post office. 

We advise to send it via special delivery for your peace of mind with insurance and protection against loss or damage on transit.
