Hi I ordered new iphone from the company portal as I work for ee/bt and used the colegue discount for a new iphone 16e. I paid the £30 and the new contact was set up for £33 which included £30 discount. I had a call saying that the credit approval we rejected, when I explained this was via the company portal the person on the call send they will look into it as it had came through as a standard purchase. I have had no update since and the on line tracker doesn't work.

 

Please assist.
