Can anyone help me?
I have been an EE customer for a million years and all of a sudden last month I cannot access my three mobile accounts through the app or the EE website.
I can log in, but just get a ‘Sorry, there seems to be a problem’ message. I have spent well over an hour on live chat to ee who claim they cannot see anything wrong. They have got me to delete and reinstall the app, reset my password, etc. Their closing response was, all looks good our end. Perhaps ring for technical help!!
I am fully tech competent and can clearly see this is not a log in issue. As I say I can log in and see my personal profile just none of my three mobile accounts.
Has anyone experienced the same and can help me to direct we as to what is causing this problem? I share data between the three accounts so need to access them!

Welcome to the community.
As this was working find until recently, and you've already tried reinstalling the app and resetting your password, I understand how frustrating this will be.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Technical Guides, who can run further checks on the issue you're experiencing when trying to manage multiple numbers and share data between them. If needed, they can also raise a ticket for further investigation to help get this sorted.
