I understand what you are saying @EJC43, but as it is not something that is impacting everyone, it would be something that needs to be looked at with our tech guides.
They'll need to get into your account to see if they can get it working for you, and if they can't they'll raise a ticket to our back office team.

Total and utter rubbish! The EE app is little more than a marketing tool. You cannot see contract details, renewal dates or anything more than bills in the app. When you try to connect to EE via a web browser, the app opens instead by default. Unethical business policies seem to be acceptable to EE. I would urge users to drop EE as soon as their policy ends - if you can actually find out when that might be.
Customer service is virtually useless too. Agents seem to be poorly trained and clueless unless trying to sell products or upgrade what you have. All in all EE is dreadful.

Hi @JAB50.
Thanks for coming here.
Have you been charged double when making a card payment OR do you have a direct debit in place?
If you require a refund for any credit on your account our customer care team on 150 will be able to process this for you.
Alternatively, you can leave the credit on your account and your next bill will be deducted from the balance.
