I am sorry to hear you have not been able to access your EE bills. 

If you continue to get this error, I'd recommend reporting this to our technical care team by calling 150. 

Our technical care team have account access the ability to raise a ticket for further investigation.

as UNHELPFUL as usual - nothign works on your website , telephoning doesn't resolve it clearly EE is not a good option for service.

Have been trying that since Tuesday Have even called ee a few times but can't get into it

 

The app doesn't work for me. Never has. Cannot do anything on it since November 2024.

 

The app has never worked since I eventually got in to EE. Never had this issue when WITH BT.
