That is the most unhelpful response I have ever seen. You cannot see your plan or bill online when you log in. EE seems to be pretty useless when it comes to customer service.

You absolutely can't. I've tried looking on the app. It updated, I logged in. My name was there but non of my details. Can't view bill, can't manage anything. Clicked on manage and it asks me to link a device. Typed in my phone number and it says number already linked. So where's all my info? My account tab consists of my name, that's it.
