I have the same problem. Ever since the EE update there is no section where you can view your current contracts. It used to be one of the first things on the home page but now there’s nothing. There is no way to view your contracts or bills that I can find! I’m going to go into the EE shop this week and see if it’s hidden somewhere!

Wow, this is really bad. Why can't the support team tell us how to view our contracts. Is there something to hide here?

We all want to see our legally binding contract signed when we took out our service with EE. Why is this so hard to comprehend, something must be seriously wrong at EE.

Thanks for coming here
When you log in to your EE account online what do you see?
It could be your account is only set up for user access.
This can be updated by calling our customer care team on 150.
