Hi @EER1.
Contract information available in the EE app is the following:
- Plan you are on
- Contract dates
- Allowance information
For the terms and conditions of your contract, these can be found by visiting Terms & Conditions for pay monthly phone.
The EE app does not hold a hard copy of your individual contract.

So it’s not possible to access a copy of my contract on the EE mobile site or the EE app?
I’m pretty sure that’s against standards to not give your customers access to their contract?

Hi @Emyeekhan21
You can check your bill through the website by logging in online- Just click on "Bills & Payments" at the top.
Or you can view through the EE app > click on Manage icon.

How do I view my actual contracts I signed? not the general ones on EE. That everyone with can view?

If you would like specific details of your contract and don't have this information on the confirmation email or store receipt, our mobile guides on 150 will check the account details for you.
You won't have a copy of the contract in your EE app or account online.

You absolutely know the CMA will crack down on this as it’s no good for the customer not having a copy online.

EE is the worst provider I have ever dealt with. I was forced to switch to them by BT. Numerous phone calls ahve not resolved the issue. They sent me an email telling me I could view my bill - there is no 'manage My Account' button to select, No view My Bill Button to select and when you go through the endless screens and finally get to a point where you may be able to see something, you get a message 'something went wrong'! If you don't have to go with EE DON'T! They are USELESS and unhelpful.
