EE Sim One Discount with 1.6GBps Broadband

Hey! Recently signed up to a SIM with the one discount, but cannot access the EE App or Website to manage my SIM (Understand I cannot with the 1.6GBPS online manage my broadband, but really need to manage my SIM etc.)Any idea on how this can be done?

Resolved! Upgrade not available via App

Is anyone having issues with the upgrade feature. My contracted ended today but I am still unable to upgrade unless I call. I don't want to call!!

Same issue - multiple calls and no solution. I have never been able to see my bill and can't even see what is and isn't included in my broadband package. Been passed to IT / back office at least twice and no resolution.
