Hi, my contract was ending so I opted to go on sim only monthly rolling contract which will start on 23rd August 2025. My bill was sent today which runs 16th AUG-15th SEPT. It's still showing as the full amount of my contract. It's due to be debited on 24th August. Will my payment change to reflect the change to Sim only?

As EE haven't made the change yet, then the bill is technically correct. but should be adjusted on your next bill.

What date did you change to SIM only? If close to the billing date it's likely you will have to wait for the next months bill which will add the relevant credits and debits with the new plan date.

Does MyEE show your new plan and price correctly?

I changed on the 8th August and they said it will come into effect on 23rd. There is nothing showing on MyEE as yet.
