EE App Loading Bug

Hi All

The EE app for me this morning is not loading get a welcome to EE and then get a spinning wheel of doom, I can see others with the same issues this morning, was working fine yesterday, seems to be since last night iOS update 18.0.1  anyone else see the same issues - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but you get the same

This is what happens, and doing the same on multiple devices

@Colesey Android or IOS version of the app, and do you know what version you are at presently?

Mine too is working

i checked the App Setting, and it looks like they removed the notification option under Device Permissions (as that area was spinning on first use)

App now working albeit with limited options.  Hope full functionality returns soon.

its seemed to have fixed itself now- been stuck on that screen for the last couple days but now its working again…weird….

@Colesey App sometimes does not go anywhere when there is a connection issue to the EE servers, not seen your specific message, but chocolate and teapots are what i think about it..

Yep mine is working again now as well. I have had to wait a week for EE to fix the issue which must have been done at their end.

EE pushed an update oput a few days ago all working again including push notifications

This is happening for me too , I'm suspecting it's for everyone how can a tec company have such a poor app and web site ?
