Someone has ordered a replacement eSIM on my EE account, any numbers for me to contact out of hours? My phone has been cut off due to whatever has happened so I cannot call or text from my phone! Not sure if a scam person called me or if it was EE!

Hi @JP1357

We would never order a replacement SIM without request. Please call Customer Service from another phone immediately if you haven't already done so.

@JP1357  If someone called you claiming to be from EE then you need to take it as a scam.  and it sounds like it definitely is.

You need to inform your bank and any other financial services and check any accounts that your number is apart of ie eBay, Amazon, PayPal.   You need to call EE customer support asap.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
