@Greeny97  if you’ve paid any outstanding bill, your services should be resumed within 24 hours.  Your account takes up to 24 hours to reflect this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B mentioned, it will be 24 hours for you service to be resumed if you were suspended.

When you say that there is no service, is your phone showing signal?
