Cannot hear anyone on calls

Hi, I have the same problem as bob. There is no point in phoning 150 as I won't hear them. Any other suggestions as I am a vulnerable older female who might need to phone emergency services

Call failed

I have recently switched from another provider to EE - I have an eSIM. I am able to call contacts in my phone, but unable to make calls to other numbers. For example, I can’t call 150 as says call failed? I couldn’t call my children’s school either?
