9 months later and the service still no working. Even if there are known issues in the area I cannot "Find out more". Is there any plans to fix the website service?

Welcome to the Community.
I know you'll be eager for an update about what's happening if your postcode is showing service problems when using our coverage checker.
The best thing to do will be to call our technical support team directly. They will be able to review the area and give you an update on where things are.

Try using the mobile app instead of the website. I've found that sometimes when one doesn't work, the other does.
Or if not, you'll need to contact CS and ask them.
