Call not going through for more than 12 sec

I cannot call 150 and other numbers for more than 12 seconds and it will cut off

It is also difficult to pay my bills

Any help or information?

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on pay as you go, how long is it since you made a chargeable call or text?

To be clear, are you saying that all of your calls are connecting initially, but then dropping after 12 seconds?

Are incoming calls & outgoing calls equally affected?
