False promises and no call back

Is there a way to contact loyalty team

Hi guys is there a way to contact the loyalty team direct I would like to discuss my options of upgrading or getting a pac code to leave. I have had alot of issues with ee and feel as a long standing customer you don't get looked after anymore.

taken money

EE have taken nearly £100 out of my account for no reason all i have done is changed network providers and i was only on a PAYG pack, why have they charged me my pack as well as nearly £100
