My contract says it ends 16/12/23 and it’s currently the 17/12/23 when can I upgrade?

@Jack911809  Now.  You can upgrade 45 days before your minimum term. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It says “Sorry, you can't upgrade this device just yet”

What is "it" that says this? What is the response from texting UP to 150?

You can view your contract dates in the EE app. From the home screen, select View full usage followed by View your plan details.
