After forgetting to pay a mobile bill last month on time, I had a late payment fee added. Ok, understood, all paid.
Coming to pay this month's bill early, I find it is more than doubled with TWO late payment fees added on the same day, five days before the bill is actually due.
This is not right, surely? What do you think I should do about this?

As customers of EE on these forums we have no access to customer accounts on here.
I would call EE on 150 and ask why two charges. It may be a mistake.
