Contact ended

My contact has ended this month, I had a text to say i was gonna be charged my ridiculous monthly payment still. Even though the contact ended. How do I contact anyone to be able to say I don’t want to pay that much if it’s ended? If that’s possible?

Leaving

I’ve left EE and this month was supposed to have my last payment however they have taken £6 something instead of £60 something i’m so confused

Resolved! Security Deposit

I'm a new customer and had to pay £100 security deposit up front for my phone due to my credit score but if I was to take out another phone would I have to pay the deposit again or because I'm an existing customer just the upfront cost of the phone?
