Still with EE but 'moved' from EE legacy broadband to whatever new name is now! Fine, that's going through. Also switched 2 mobile contracts with EE (husband and myself) under the £20 off offer. Husband currently has TNT as an extra, will not be continuing when it goes over to SIMO. 1st Question, how do I cancel that? I don't want any 'mistakes' of being charged accidentally for this once he moves to SIMO on 9 July. Second question: I have Netflix as an extra, which I'm keeping. Will this just move across to the SIMO (I've paid extra for this on the SIMO) Anyone had any issues?
Third question (sorry!)...got new router, service starts 9 July, and this is a stupid question I know, but when do I switch the routers over? On the 9th, or can I do it day before? I'm actually not going to be around on 9th and I'm the house technophile 😕. Sorry for multiple questions!
