I am currently living abroad and am paying £19.50 a month for the above service that I no longer have access to on my new laptop. I also received a new Sim card 2 years ago but have been unable to activate it as it requires a code to be sent to the old sim card, which is an old full-sized sim so won't work in any of my devices! I want to cancel my contract but can't find out how to do this. Can anyone help?

@HelpMe2025 if you give customer services a call they should be able to do this for you.
