Contract and bills.

I dont understand why my bill is so high than what i chose on the contract, i subscribed for £17 per month but to my surprise the first 2 bills i received are around £65 per month which is so expensive for me

It tells me to go on rewards to see the money I have earned to get off my phone bill but I can't see anything.When I go to pay my bill the money I have earned doesn't come up
