Hello, I don't want to stop my internet services. They sent me a letter with a bill for £70. It's in my account, why hasn't it been taken?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
