Request to Cancel SIM Contract – Left the UK Permanently

Dear EE Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request the cancellation of my SIM contract as I have permanently left the UK on the 18th of May. Unfortunately, I have been unable to cancel the contract through your online system, and the overseas customer service number listed on your website does not seem to be working from my current location.

As I am no longer residing in the UK and do not have access to your network or services, I kindly ask for your assistance in terminating the contract as soon as possible. I am currently unable to cover additional charges beyond this point, as they are beyond my financial reach.

Please let me know what steps I need to take to complete the cancellation, or if any further information is required from my side.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Best regards,

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
