I started my contract in February, but I have now permanently moved to another country. I am unable to use my EE service properly abroad and I cannot contact customer support by phone because my calls are not going through.
I would like to discuss cancelling my contract early. I cannot afford the early termination charge and I would like to know what options are available in my situation.
Could an EE advisor please contact me or advise me on the next steps?

@AnastasiiaSta21 Termination of your contractor will result in you having to pay off that contract as that’s the agreement you made when you took out this contract. You out there not other option is to continue paying what you agreed to pay until the times comes that you can afford to pay it off or even see out to the minimum term. You will need to call customer support in both cases to give notice to terminate, the contract doesn’t just end at the minimum term it’ll change to a 30 day rolling contract and will continue until you terminate by calling giving 30 days notice as per the contract.

Cancelling your contract early & early termination charges go hand-in-hand. You can't do the former w/out incurring the latter. You committed to paying for the contract for at least a min. period.
No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.
