I’m having exactly the same problem. I can’t find where to cancel it anywhere. Could you explain how please. I’m sure it would help others

If you don't see the option to remove Apple TV+ within your EE app or the EE website, it would need a call to our guides for them to access your account to remove it.
We don't have access to your account here on the community to be able to remove it for you.

If you are unable to see the option to cancel when logged in to your EE account online please give us a call.

Thanks for the speedy reply. It takes sooo long for you to answer the phone, why isn’t there an easy online option? I see that the previous person had it cancelled for them and was even offered an extra 6 months due to the inconvenience.
