Terrible communication

I am so confused i have just 20 minutes ago received a bill saying it has to be paid by the 7th July but was issued on 24th June/26th June/ 27th June (it's different depending on where I look in my account) - I didn't receive anything until 20 minutes ago.  There's also a green tick next to the amount saying "paid" but its still saying its due. And the payment amount apparently due on the 24th June? I didn't have broadband installed then!

I think your billed as soon as your contract starts.  

Have you tried using Live Chat?

@David-rich1982  @Profile closed  Is correct you are billed once the service goes live as you pay in advance not in arrears.
