pricing

looking at 4 plans for upgrade 3 plans say essential plan 6 months half price one says essential plan half price does that also go up after 6 months

Contract

My contract is coming to an end in a couple of days but I want to stay on this contract no upgrades but I don't see anywhere that I can do that, and I'm just a bit confused by the whole thing 

How do i add my staff discount code

I took out an extra device last month in store and was advised to add my staff discount code later, I am trying to do this online but can't see where i can add this. Can anyone help?

Resolved! Spend limit reached

It says spend limit reached when i try to use my phonebill. I have paid my phonebill and my data has reset this month.

This happens to me, it seams ee makes a good money by customers mistake! I argued if I made mistake so ee made too. My contract is £27 per months and why ee should let me take over £1000 to abroad? It’s really ennoying.
