Close the line

My one-year contract is due till Nov 2024. I am out of the country and I don't have international call access. Is there any way I can close my line permanently (after paying the charges that occur)? How can I contact EE team via email?

All of EE's phone-based plans are 2year minimum terms, it's only SIM-only that has 1year options.

There is no email contact, you either need to call or send notice by post.
