Hello All

please I need help as regards my payment plan and date, I have trying to change my direct debit date from 10th to 25th due to when i get paid but all effort has been unsuccessful.. I tried calling 150 but it says temporary unavailable pls help

Thanks for coming to the community. 

You should be able to call 150 from the phone and be connected, can you make other calls? 

Is this your first EE bill?

Hi Leanne 

I can make other calls, and I have been calling 150 too, but when I entered the option of speaking with a customer service, it say a link will be sent to me to lodge my complaint as the service is temporarily not available 

When click the link it says temporary not available but to call 150, please I need to change the direct debit date asap as 10th will be too soon for me 

 

Am a first time EE user and my first  bill
