New how to log om

Himew to broadband with EE. What login and password do I use to connect to the board and service? I had no details sent. Is it my normal EE login details or will I get some BT details? 

No internet

I am paying for UK’s fastest internet and getting the worst service. Sometimes slow sometimes even no internet on my WiFi device. App is on maintenance most of the time. I don’t know where to complain. Extremely disappointed
