Resolved! return of broad band kit

i am proceeding cancel of broadband contract, ee email asks me to return the kit. so kit covers router (dark blue color) only. I see there is a white box connecting the router and fibre optics cable. should i return both boxes? Thanks.

Really poor broadband service

In Sevenoaks area; frequent outages and very poor responses by EE over what has now been weeks.Outages are meant to be monitored remotely but clearly are not and engineer’s visit has not remedied matters.

 tried pairing an EE smart extender that I got from my friend to my EE broadband box and I can't get it to pair eith WPS, my main box doesn't stay in WPS for very long, does anyone know how I can fix this 

Loss of broadband
