Resolved! Termination fee for upgrading

Been charged £156 termination fee even though haven’t terminated my contract just upgraded which said was free upgrade online , been on the phone to ee and was told nothing they can do.

Same problem here WiFi down on phone for hour sorry close at 9pm,ring in morning,had sky for 7 years never had a problem should have stayed with them,don't think EE system is fit for purpose
