Have to keep turning on and off 5 and 6ghz

Have the smart hub and the extender, WiFi works great but will randomly crawl to a halt and have to turn off and on both of these and then it kicks in again and is fast, but annoying having to do it every few days any suggestions? Thanks

Browsers extremely slow

Recently upgraded from BT Full Fibre to EE 1 GB broadband; speeds at Hub are great still browsers are taking excruciatingly long to load any page. Tried clearing cache and cookies, no joys.Any recommendations greatly appreciated Best
