My broadband disconnects for just a few seconds every few minutes

Started maybe a week ago.

Happens for wired and wireless.  My broadband cuts out for just a few seconds, then reconnects.

This leads to lag spikes in games and when watching twitch.

Openreach came round and said the problem wasn't on their end.  EE first line says everything looks fine for them, it's only second line support when logging into a different system can see a log of the disconnects.

1.6 gbps.

I feel like I've tried everything - anyone else suffering the same?   Like, you're in an online game, and about every minute the game lags out for between 2-10 seconds .. then 'clicks back in' - only for the same to happen again maybe 1 minute later?

Netflix unaffected for me personally because it builds up quite a big buffer?

@Britboy4321 Assume EE asked you to power down the EE Hub for five minutes to reset it, and if not cleared to do it for over 1 Hour incase you had a IP path connection issue?

Happening to me also random times of day internet connection lost. Router stays Aqua, LTE shows correct lights. Hub, power supply ethernet cable all changed for new ones no difference. Open reach came today and say line all ok no breaks shown. Something must be going on in EE config. I am running internet connection monitor in Chrome with laptop connected by ethernet. One week of data now longest period without a break 19 hours. When breaks happen they are multiple 10 sec down 10 sec up. Can last for anything between 2 and five minutes. Visible effect web pages freeze while loading, TV shows internet down and buffering. Don't know where to go next parable write to EE management .

@plowst What does the EE Hub log show? As you mention ""Router stays Aqua, LTE shows correct lights"" is this a mobile Hub or fixed line home Broadband hub?
