Resolved! Problem ordering Broadband

We ordered EE broadband ages ago and had some issues so it was canceled out, now we want to re sign up it won't let us sign up and says we have an order in process. But we canceled it back in April and had confirmation of it being canceled.

Download speed only 16mbps

For some reason my EE broadband download speed is only 16mbps and is supposed to be at least 48. Not sure how long it has been like this as we have been able to do normal browsing etc but it still bothers me that I am not getting what I am paying for...
