Broadband drops out most days, similar time

HiAt least 3 or 4 times per week broadband drops out for 1 to 5 minutes. Usually between 9pm and 10pm. Can be at other times. Never every day, not exactly the same time. Any thoughts on why this happens, what to do, or similar experiences?  Thank you...
