Returning BT equipment

@Returned old bt router when switched to EE. I am being charged for not returning my old bt router when I have already done this. Unfortunately I cannot find my receipt from the post office as proof! Any suggestions??

Resolved! Missing IPv6

I have just transferred from BT, where I had IPv6 working. It has disappeared with the transfer to EE and the EE hub. Why might that be? Is it fixable?
