Yes, I have a disability. I CLOSED EE Accounts for EE mobile and EE Broadband. I have been told to take paperwork and Google 7 mobile phone to EE shop.
I have had several bills worth hundreds, that I do NOT have. What should I do ??

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

I was offered a Google 7 mobile phone, and stupidly went ahead with sale and paid deposit in October 2024. Google 7 mobile phone went for repair 29-1-2025, with "GPS failure", unable to swipe, no connection, no internet. Google 7 was returned, dead, so I CLOSED account and Direct Debit Payments. I would say EE OWES me for deposit, EE should never have sent me Google 7 mobile offer.
