I'm not sure that this is the right Forum but I'm really struggling to find out who I can speak to or where to go to get the information!

I've been logged out of an email account (I have 2) and need to reset my password. I think it's happened because there have been some changes to Outlook. I've followed the instructions on line and it hasn't worked for me although to be honest I'm not particularly tech savvy. I really would like to speak to someone to help me but am really struggling to find a phone number to sort out the problem. Any suggestions for a phone number at EE or even some instructions that I can follow and that work.

@diane13579 You would be far better to look on the BT Forum with anything regarding e-mail. HTH

And all the contact link you will need below.

Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hello @diane13579 ,

Welcome to the community,

Is it to do with logging into EE or with your email account? EE would not be able to help with your email account, that would be with whoever your email is with, such as Outlook, gmail or any other you have. I have not had problems with email account and I have Outlook, and when asked whether I want to change my password with Outlook email, I just click on cancel and it continues to work.

If it is Outlook, try logging in via Microsoft website and then if the email password does not work, click on forgotten password and do it from there, just remember to write it somewhere and keep it safe, and you should be ok.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
