Fibre 500 Speed Issues

I've just got the Fibre 500 today. I've done a speed test on my TV and I'm getting 250mbps download, but on my Samsung phone I'm only getting 2mbps. Anybody know why that would be? There must be some settings on my phone that need changed. Thanks
