I contacted BT a few weeks ago about my broadband contract renewal that is due in October 2024. Before I knew it, I had been swept over to EE with a new contract (now that BT & EE are together, which I don't believe they are). Little did I know that I would be getting a new Smart Hub from EE, which meant that I had the inconvenience of changing out a hub (and not without hassle). I lost the use of my printer for several days due to **bleep** problems and password issues. I now don't have the use of my walk-about Panasonic phones because I need to buy an Analogue Converter ... grrr!
However, I am now getting 'warning flag' emails from EE (far too many) about BT equipment that is required to be returned. I have already returned it, with Proof Of Posting in-hand, although I expect EE will DD my bank account for said equipment 'not yet returned' and then I'll have to fight them to get that payment returned. I DON'T HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT EE GOING FORWARD!!

Hi @CC143 I'm sorry about the initial problems after transferring to new EE. When did you return the equipment?
It can take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed so if the reminder has been received within this time you can ignore it.
Thanks
Neil

I'm also getting constant letters about returning. Sent back on 25/5 in the returns bag with the label provided. I didn't keep proof of postage as assumed this could be tracked at EE. Why are you sending me so many reminders when you must be able to check?
