@Returned old bt router when switched to EE. I am being charged for not returning my old bt router when I have already done this. Unfortunately I cannot find my receipt from the post office as proof! Any suggestions??
@Sr791 As you have zero proof that you sent it back you can only speak to EE and see if they will listen, otherwise just pay the return cost but be aware in doing so it just never goes away.
