My iPad sim has been cancelled from my account it’s not been used for three years so i cancelled it last month got confirmation straight away ,but it’s still on my account and been charged for it on recent bill .

also at the same time I upgraded my broadband to full fibre a appointment was made for 16th September for engineer to come and complete the upgrade to full fibre.but nobody turned up and I haven’t recieved the equipment package.also I’m still being charged at my old rates . Tried to speak online about it but just get a stupid robot asking questions irrelevant to my query.

im not at all impressed with the after sales and customer after care

I have been with ee for over ten years now they gone to pot
