One Touch Switch question

I am about to enter the last 30 days of my 24 month contract. I currently have broadband and tv with sports. I will be calling to check what my best offer is as the app is hopeless and doesn’t allow me to see any prices etc, but I fear that as I’ve been with a combination of BT then EE for over 20 years I’m unlikely to be offered anything that’s competitive with other providers. Assuming that’s the case, and I use the OTS to move to a new ISP, will the cancellation of my broadband automatically cancel the EE TV with sports or is that only done on the phone. I know the general rule is OTS only covers broadband but I’ve read online that certain ISP tv packages only work with their broadband so will automatically cancel if the broadband side is cancelled.

@AlanJ5 : No, BB migrations & OTS only cover BB & landlines. You should phone CS to cancel your EE TV package.

@AlanJ5 EE TV only works on a EE/BT ISP connection, OTS away from EE, retentions may surprise you package price wise.

VM TV only works with VM broadband etc, steaming is a mix/match depending on what/who supplies it and ties it altogether package wise. Do your due diligence and see what works best for you. Best play safe and do the TV cancel if you do drop EE Broadband, time to do it is in your last 30 day's also....
