hi just got the new router and wifi controls but when i go on to use the feature via the ee app it says somethings gone wrong its our fault not yours, and then back to the previous screen. Iv deleted the app and then reinstalled it but no change

Unable to connect phones to wifi

Has EE been down today? We have been unable to connect our phones and other devices to wifi all day. Also our 4G has only just started working. Just wondering if it is a problem with EE or the router.

First broadband bill
