Hello @Skincs ,

Welcome to the community,

You will not lose internet in the home, it should be a straightforward switch.

You do not need to send BT router back until you receive the package to send it back.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Skincs,

Welcome to the EE Community

When is your EE Broadband due to go live? Have you received the returns pack in the mail yet? Have you been advised to expect a new router or were you told you would keep using your existing router?

@Schockwave is right, there should not be any big disruption in your service, your service would just switch from BT to EE without interruption. If you are expecting a new router this should arrive before your broadband activation date. Otherwise you would just continue using the BT router.
