Unable to connect Battey security camera throw my WIFI keep getting not found use to be able to connect when on sky 

XTU Wireless Video Doorbell Camera with Chime, 10 unable to find the router.

@Michael4658  If your doing this via the app for the doorbell you need to make sure your device is also connected 2.4Ghz WiFi from the router.   It would be beneficial if you switched off the 5Ghz connection on the router.

@Michael4658 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?

Hi i have switch off the 5g of the router and on my phone and it will still
not find a connection and it will not connect to STRN

Hey there @Michael4658, thanks for giving that a try with disabling the  5Ghz connection.

If possible can you please try switching the security from WPA3 to WPA2 and see if this makes any difference. 

It's worth checking to see if the doorbell has memories of your old network at all too, as if this is the SSID they're trying to connect with by default it could be restricting it finding new ones.
