Over the last few days when going to the home broadband page to look at offers logged in I keep getting the following error
This seems to be a perennial problem as there has been multiple threads around this, come on get it sorted.

Are you an EE mobile customer looking to make the switch to broadband as well, or are you looking to upgrade an existing broadband package?
Also have you had a chance to give this a go from a different device or browser?

I get the same problem but in a different way, I keep on seeing about renewing my broadband either through the app or website.
Every time I click on the link the page changes to showing the legal part and two green circles and after about 5mins the website & app log me out.

Nearly everything you try to do on the ee app or website does not work. For a tech company, their tech is useless! Thousands of complaints over the last few years and they never sort it out. It's a joke

The way things have gone this past year, as I’m about to start my second year of my contract. I wished I’d stayed with BT, their app & website worked faultlessly, and I was able to see what upgrades were available 24/7, even if I was on their top package.
